Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g of steak, I used Rib-Eye steak 
  • 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp of sugar 
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch 
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup of bell peppers (red and green)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tbsp of butter

Instructions

  1. Marinade the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, pepper and cornstarch for 30 minutes. Set aside
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add the beef to the pan. Sear both sides until it is browned and medium rare. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, heat the butter over medium heat.
  4. Once it is melted, add the onion and bell peppers. Quickly cook and sauté the veggies for 2 minutes
  5. Add back the beef to the pan and shake the beef until all the flavors are blended.
  6. Serve with a bowl of rice and enjoy!
