Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of ramen noodle
  • 350g of ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 4 garlic, grated
  • 200g of mushroom
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika 
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • 1 cup of beef stock 
  • 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream 
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • salt & pepper - to taste 

Garnish:

  • Chives
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. First, slice the steak into strips and discard excess fat.
  2. Next, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Then, add the steaks in and cook both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Then, add onions, garlic and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Then, add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook until golden and soft for 6 minutes.
  5. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Add the beef stock and mix until the sauce thickens and is incorporated.
  6. Add dijon mustard, smoke paprika, Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine and bring to a boil.
  7. Add sour cream and give it a good mix.
  8. Add the steak back in and simmer for 1 minute. Set aside. 
  9. Cook the ramen according to the package instructions.
  10. Plate your ramen, ladle the sauce on the ramen, garnish with chives, parmesan cheese and enjoy!
