Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of ramen of your choice - I am using Shin Ramyun

Soup base:

  • 1 tbsp of miso
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ramen seasoning
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of mirin
  • 1 tsp of kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • Hot water - fill to halfway full

Toppings:

  • Corn
  • Nori sheets
  • Soft boiled eggs
  • Sesame seeds
  • Shicimi togarashi
  • Spring onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen in hot boiling water. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add miso, garlic, ramen seasoning, sesame oil, mirin, kewpie mayonnaise, egg and hot water. Give it a good mix.
  3. Then, add the noodles to the sauce and give it a final mix.
  4. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
