Marinade the Chicken
500g of Chicken Breast
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp of garlic Powder
1 tsp of paprika powder
1 tsp of chilli powder
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of soy Sauce
The rest
2 tbsp of Butter, to pan fry the chicken
1 tbsp of olive oil
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp of chili flakes
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 cup of heavy cream
30 g of grated Parmesan cheese
140g of uncooked Pasta
To garnish
Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a bowl, marinade the chicken with garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika powder, chili powder, honey and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes. Set it aside.
In a pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add the chicken and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side till golden brown. Set it aside.
In a hot boiling water, cook your pasta until al dente for 8 minutes.
In the same pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in garlic, shallot, Italian seasoning, chili flakes and garlic powder. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add in heavy cream and bring the sauce to simmer. Turn off the heat, add in parmesan cheese followed by the cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Mix until everything is coated with the sauce.
Serve the pasta with the chicken, garnish with parmesan cheese and chives. Enjoy!
