Ingredients

Shaking Beef

  • 400g of Ribeye steak
  • 5 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of meat velvet
  • 2 tbsp of water

 

Garlic Noodles Stir Fry

  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 servings of egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp of chicken powder
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of yum yum

Stir fry:

  • chopped bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 tbsp of oil - separate for stir frying the beef and noodles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinade the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, garlic, sugar, Yum Yum Meat Velvet and water for 30 minutes or overnight. Set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant for 20 seconds.
  3. Add in noodles followed by butter, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken powder and yum yum. Toss to combine and set it aside.
  4. In the same wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add the beef to the pan. Sear both sides until it is browned and medium rare.
  5. Add the veggies and give it a nice char for 1 minute. Then, seasoj with black pepper and give it a final toss.
  6. Plate your noodles followed by the shaking beef and enjoy!
