Ingredients

Scale
  • 170 g soba noodles (5.9oz)
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped in 1/4-inch pieces and minced
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp furikake optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing it in a small bowl, then set it aside.
  2. Next, chop and mince the green onions, and keep them aside.
  3. Follow the instructions on the package to cook your soba noodles.
  4. Once cooked, rinse them with cold water, drain, and set them aside.
  5. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a pan. Add the chopped green onions and cook until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  7. Now, add the cooked noodles, minced green onions, and sesame seeds to the pan.
  8. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
  9. Garnish with extra sesame seeds and furikake, and enjoy!
