- Next, blanch the broccoli with hot water for at least 30 seconds - 1 minute. Set aside.


- In the same pan, heat another 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add the garlic and shallot. Stir fry for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add in the broccoli and saute for 1 minute. Then, add the day old rice followed by the sauce and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes.


- Add the cooked beef and give it a final mix.
