  • 500g of hokkien noodles or egg noodles, fresh
  • 125g of pork belly, sliced
  • 10 shrimps, peeled and deveined

  • ½ cup of Choy sum, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup of chicken stock unsalted

  • 2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • ½ tsp of white pepper
